Order Shipping Times: EU and Non-EU European Countries
Dyers Remorse will make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped within the estimates provided by Etsy.

I *can not* guarantee that your purchase will be with you within the 3 - 5 business days as estimated by Royal Mail; this is their estimate and not mine.

My Order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
The best we can do in this situation is wait a little longer.
The parcel may not have arrived yet because:
1. Enough time hasn't passed for the parcel to be delivered. Nothing is lost until 28 business days have past from the shipping date on the proof of posting.
2. Royal Mail/Mailing Companies within your country might be extremely slow. This can and does happen.
3. It may have been left at the sorting office because you weren't home and they neglected to leave a card. Usually, the post office will mail you a card within 24 - 48 hours. This is *not* my responsibility.
I can provide proof of posting for each sale that I have when requested.
Can I bump up the protection for shipping my item?
Absolutely! Contact me and I'll re-calculate your postage to include tracking/signed for cover.
Should Royal Mail determine that your parcel is lost and can not be found, I will refund the entire cost of the transaction. However, this will not be done until 28 full business days have passed.
This is because Royal Mail will only compensate for the whole sale cost of the item. It will not refund or compensate for the time, skill, and added value that went into the product.
Additionally, they will not compensate for Etsy or Paypal fees.
My time, money and skill will be lost in the transaction.
If in doubt, purchase insurance with tracking - send me a message to arrange this.
Peace of mind is worth every penny.
